Dealertrack and Dealer.com Continue to Innovate Automotive Retailing
The acquisition of Dealer.com by Dealertrack Technologies has not slowed the pace of innovation at either company. The dynamic duo came home with four AWA Awards; the largest number by any company this year. The AWA Awards are the only automotive technology awards that include product research, live testing, and in-depth written reviews of each product.
This year, the companies were recognized with four awards:
- Pinnacle Platform for Websites – Dealer.com
- CRM Innovation – Dealer.com
- Mobile Applications – Dealertrack
- Excellence in User Experience – Dealer.com
Dealer.com took away two new awards this year that recognized their innovations in Automotive CRM as well as User Experience (UX) design. We congratulate the product development and UX design teams for their unique recognition this year. 2015 AWA Research Report
The annual AWA Awards Ceremony (Jan 22nd) was planned in conjunction with the release of the AWA Research Report. This year the 331-page full color book reviews over 50 products that are designed for automotive dealers in the United States, Canada, and the EU. The research report sells for $90 and can be purchased online at the AWA website.
